THE INTERNSHIP:
Throughout your internship at The Music Business Academy, you will be learning EVERYTHING about the Music Industry of 2021, from social media marketing, radio campaigns, brand development, song placement on video games/movies/etc, press campaigns, music registration AND MORE. In addition, you will receive hands-on education and experience working with artists that we work with. At the end of your internship you will receive a Certificate of Completion to add to your resume, and an official reference letter signed by our CEO which will help you receive job placements within the music industry. We also have Record Labels that we are partnered with to help with Job Placement assistance in offering you salaried positions such as an Audio Engineer, A&R, Artist Manager, Producer and more.
DURATION:
The duration for our internship here at The Music Business Academy is 12 months.
85% of your tasks are remote and we do have paid opportunities as well for our interns as well.
REQUIREMENTS:
Interest in the culture around modern music.
Some knowledge of the legal side of the business (rights, royalties etc.).
Experience in the industry is preferred but not required.
Great people skills.
Self motivated with business and marketing skills being a plus.
