Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field. At least 2 to 10 Years’ experience in office engineering on construction projects. Desire to work within a collaborative environment. Experience in software packages including Primavera Project Planner and MS Office
The Office Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and responding to RFIs and submittals, facilitating reviews by the owner and other stakeholders, and maintaining all project logs. Other job duties include preparing agendas, materials and minutes for design, construction, and project update meetings; reviewing monthly construction payment requests; preparing contract status reports; and preparing project correspondence
Key Competencies Include:
Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to work in a cooperative team environment, with significant client interface.
