Job Responsibilities :
Conduct studies on shipboard environmental systems and shore operations, including pollution abatement, environmental compliance, environmental information management systems, and natural resources damages.
Providing technical backup and assistance in program coordination within and outside the Navy.
Address complex planning and natural resources (terrestrial and marine) issues related to training, testing, and shore support activities
Review and analysis of rules and regulations proposed by natural resources regulatory agencies affecting the Navy’s mission.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, or Environmental Studies with a Master’s Degree preferred
5 years progressive experience, related experience in Naval Engineering, Environmental Engineering and/or general engineering.
Active DoD SECRET security clearance is required.
