DHFC has a long history to supply industrial process control systems to various industries worldwide. The application fields include nuclear & fossil power plants, petrochemical & chemical plants, steel casting, cement and water treatment plants.

DHFC is currently seeking an individual as Sales Engineer for the role of a Sales and Marketing in USA Market to join our team. DHFC will provide proper trainings on our products and hand-on testing experiences.

Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and scheduling sales call.
Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; analyzing cost impact due to engineering changes.
Develops and grow customer's know-how by providing technical information and training.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Maintains and develops professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assignments as needed.
Work in variable environments, moderate travel and field service work, changing deadlines and project assignments.

The qualified candidates must have engineering degree (EE/CS degree is preferable).
Nuclear power plant safety/non-safety I&C system platform and/or the knowledge and understanding on plant process will be a plus.
The candidate must also possess ability for Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Software Requirements, Product Development, Presentation Skills, General Programming Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication, and Requirements Analysis.
A warm personality, self-motivated attitude and ability to deal with customers are essential requirements for this position.
Traveling domestically to meet customers is also required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
