Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Project management experience in learning/enablement content development projects.

Preferred qualifications:
PMP or Scrum Master certification.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
Knowledge of the cloud technology space and willingness to learn Google Cloud products and technologies.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with confidence across functions and levels.
Ability to self-start, navigate ambiguity and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
Excellent editing, writing and critical reasoning skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

The Google Cloud Learning and Enablement team is a rapidly growing organization within Google Cloud seeking a passionate individual to develop a creative and engaging learning experience to help our customers succeed with the Google Cloud Platform products.

As a Program Manager for the Business and Sales Curriculum Development team, you will be responsible for tracking all curriculum development projects whether online/e-learning, instructor lead or hands-on labs content. You will plan project resources, manage timelines and report on all projects providing insights into resource usage, timelines and budgets.

You will ensure processes are documented and adhered to so as to support consistency and efficiencies across projects. You have experience working with global vendors, including contracting and invoicing processes.

Identify resources required for each project depending on the delivery format. Track projects and provide various levels of updates to stakeholders.
Regularly assess how users engage with learning content to understand how the instructional strategy impacts user engagement, performance and satisfaction.
Manage budgets, invoicing and contracting processes. Document processes for efficient curriculum development and ensure these processes are being followed.
Develop and maintain relationships with global vendors, create agreements and follow through with invoicing process.
Liaise with instructional designers, curriculum developers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders involved in curriculum development process.
