The right candidate will be responsible for implementing and providing support to highly specialized financial software at multiple client sites, including the setup of different modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365, databases and interfaces with other software products. The ideal candidate must be able to document customer specific functionality for financial software. They will gather system requirements to ensure a successful solution and implementation. The position will work with developers, project managers and interface directly with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM,
Support existing client base with support issues that arise
Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance
Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients’ satisfaction
Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to engagement Project Manager
Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses
