Join the Job Seeker Mobile Apps (JSMA) team to help deliver compelling job seeker experiences within Indeed iOS mobile apps. This position will give you the opportunities to blend the development of native product features with building platform capabilities to support other developers across Indeed. You will get a unique variety of opportunities to build hybrid components, engineer fully native capabilities, and extend native access to embedded web apps via bridge methods while collaborating with other product teams.
Additionally, the JSMA team will be starting development on a brand new application. This is a great opportunity to get involved in building a new product that will be used by millions of job seekers.
Design, develop, and deliver product features as an iOS engineer
Maintain and improve the quality of our existing application
Work with Product Manager to measure, analyze, and improve product metrics using tools and frameworks for large-scale product experimentation
Provide feedback and guidance for development projects on your team including design feedback, code review, and production issue investigation
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a mission-driven team, has a strong sense of ownership and can take initiative when necessary, is focused on achieving impactful business goals, and has a desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
Requirements:
BS in Computer Science or related area, or relevant work experience
3+ years experience in software development using Objective C/Swift for iOS
Operates with a product-focused mindset
Committed to iteration and experimentation
Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration
Comfortable designing and communicating technical design choices

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
