6 years of experience in field sales and OEM channel.
Experience developing and executing strategies to deliver business results and managing relationships with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders
Ability to travel 20% of the time

Experience in channel sales with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding quotas.
Ability to quickly learn, identify problems, and collaboratively develop solutions with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

The Chrome OS Commercial GTM drives Enterprise and Education sales of Chromebooks through channel and direct sales. As the Global Sales Manager for OEM Channel, you will drive OEM strategies and execution to meet our goals, growing Chrome’s adoption in the Enterprise and Education. With your influencing and relationship building skills, you will establish and nurture strong relationships with the OEMs Direct Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Channel Sales leadership teams and develop enablement strategies, field and channel sales incentives, and marketing programs to grow Chromebook business. You will also liaise with internal teams, including Channel Management, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to stay on top of industry trends, provide feedback from the field - OEMs and customers to enhance the Google’s Platforms continuously.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of OEM go-to-market strategy by partnering closely with OEM Product, Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams to drive OEM sales for Enterprise and Education Chromebook adoption.
Achieve business goals by building, reviewing, and forecasting pipeline, pipeline and providing additional required support in assisting OEMs with Chromebook units in Enterprise and Education.
Execute OEM Channel Sales enablement, including trainings, executive briefings, and joint customer engagement.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Share best practices and be the voice from OEM Field and Channel Sales teams as well as customers to enhance Chrome ecosystem, e.g., product roadmaps, marketing strategies, sales and channel incentives.
Travel to OEMs, customer sites, and conferences.
