Frontdoor is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Frontdoor team! In this role, you will help establish the strategy for how we build, deploy, and scale technical services for Frontdoor and collaborate with numerous cross functional teams to identify, define, and specify solutions for the technology that will drive business growth and efficiency for Frontdoor. Specifically, you will drive the vision and strategy for building out a world class Frontdoor Developer Portal that will enable the business to grow through numerous opportunities to work with partners.

At least 5 years of product management, consulting, or relevant experience
BS/BA, with preference for computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
Experience owning and contributing to initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to drive assumptions and develop business cases
Track record of influencing and driving change through diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries to deliver against defined strategy and priorities
An ability to effectively develop key processes and procedures that facilitate efficient planning, reporting and control processes
Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
Understands technologies within product area. Can articulate technology requirements for a difficult feature/API (e.g., performance, latency). Able to spot risks and ask the right technical questions.
Experience with software development process, particularly prioritizing and planning software development sprints.
Experience launching a new technical product or service, to include establishing the vision and strategy for the product to grow and scale
Experience with developer tools
