Bell in Fort Worth, TX has an immediate opening for an experienced CATIA CAA Developer. In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing CATIA CAA solutions and enhancements for Dassault Systems apps.
Develop and implement new CAA software solutions using OOTB and custom development APIs.
Support and improve the functionality of our existing CAA implementations by identifying and improving bottlenecks and bugs.
Provide technical advice for proof of concepts, with recommendations for how to best enhance our existing systems.
Provide clean, efficient, and maintainable code to specification, while adhering to coding best practices.
Work collaboratively with other developers and engineers.
Effectively communicate with coworkers and managers.
Mentor other team members and continuously develop talent
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent years of experience
At least 5 years in object-oriented programming with at least 3 years’ experience in PLM development.
At least 2 years’ experience working with Dassault Brands specially CATIA and DELMIA
Strong knowledge of C++ and CATIA CAA APIs
Familiarity with VB Script programming language
Familiarity with Java programming language
Knowledgeable of and understands common software development principles and lifecycle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
