About the job
The Dart/Flutter Developer Relations team grows and supports the Dart and Flutter developer communities. We onboard and elevate developers by building a fun, smart, and approachable culture, providing resources to help them succeed, and advocating on their behalf. As a Developer Relations Engineer, you'll join a community of developers using Flutter and work with coders creating apps for iOS and macOS. You will maintain and welcome developer community and culture and create content/learning resources that are used to keep the community engaged.

We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $130,000 - $139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
Develop expertise in Dart and Flutter.
Build an inclusive, collaborative, and fun team culture within the iOS, Dart, and Flutter communities. Welcome beginners, challenge experts, and advocate for underserved developer populations.
Become Flutter's public advocate in the iOS ecosystem by contributing content to one of Google's YouTube channels.
Design and build code samples for user studies and live audiences. Write in-depth technical guides, examples, and codelabs.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams while advocating for the needs of the Flutter Developer team.
