Conduct projects to define the industrialization of new or modified optional systems and new programs for the DFJ production line. The goal is to ensure the best production efficiency by reducing the production cost and schedule while ensuring the highest quality. 3 main activities are conducted to achieve this mission:
Develop the industrial requirements for new systems/programs and ensure compliance by participating in the program studies.
Define and validate the industrialization plan for the installation, configuration and test of the optional systems, including process, benches, tools and associated documents.
Propose and study industrial improvements and assist production in their own improvement projects related to systems.
Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline, Industrial Technology or in a manufacturing related discipline
Good communication skills and the ability to be open mindded to suggestions from others
CATIA V5, SolidWorks or similar software knowledge
Computer skills : Microsoft Office suite
Skills in relation with an aviation discipline (Engineering, tests, manufacturing)
Experience in airplane complex systems development, validation or industrialization.
Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
Good understanding of integrated electrical and mechanical systems.
Good command of English language. Command of French language would be a plus.
Ability to use advanced computer systems with contemporary software applications.
Ability to lead projects in an international environment.
