Apply knowledge and skills in process, outcomes, and impact measurement, evaluation methods, research design, statistics, and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of government funded health programs and services. Use advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise as well as full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentors team members. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
5+ years of experience with program measurement and evaluation
Experience leading program evaluations of national, government funded programs and services
Experience developing process, outcome, and impact measures
Ability to lead small teams of evaluators, data analysts, and health economists
MA or MS degree
Knowledge of evaluation of health focused programs and services
Ability to lead small group as part of a larger project
