The Cincinnati Insurance Companies has the position for you! Our Machinery & Equipment Specialties department is currently seeking a Field Engineer Representative to provide machinery & equipment boiler inspection in our South Dakota/North Dakota territory.
Starting Salary: $60,000 - $100,000; depending on experience and skills
Be Ready To:
maintain territory's jurisdictional boiler and pressure vessel certificate inspections
efficiently and effectively manage the territory for which you are responsible for
educate agents on how to market machinery and equipment to their clients
serve as a professional resource to our insurance agents as they retain business and increase the value of their marketing efforts
provide high level of claims service to our local independent insurance agents
Be Equipped With:
good time management skills
solid interpersonal communication skills
react professionally under stressful situations in order to successfully resolve issues
ability to work independently without close supervision
effectively interact and work well with different company departments
ability to prepare meaningful and precise reports
current commission from the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors or eligible for reinstatement or;
candidates with prior boiler and machinery experience and/or a degree in a related engineering field will be considered
