HDG is seeking a United States Marine Corps, Aviation Logistics, Information Technology (USMC AVLOG IT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Curriculum Developer (CD) to join our team of qualified, talented, diverse individuals. This USMC AVLOG IT SME/CD position is responsible for developing and assisting in the development of new and/or updated USMC MOS 6694 Instructor-Led Training (ILT) in support of Aviation Logistics Tactical Information Systems (ALTIS) Specialist courses C-150-2011, C-150-2012, and other select courses of instruction. This ILT Courseware will include Course Control Documentation (CCD), Lesson Plans (LPs), Trainees Guides (TGs), Power Points (PPTs), Test Plans, Knowledge Tests (KTs), Performance Tests (PTs), and Fault Isolation and Corrective Maintenance Tests/Graded Troubleshooting (GTS).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum 8 years of experience as an Aviation Logistics Information Management and Support (ALIMS) Specialist.
NTCSS VE (Patriot) Systems Administration experience required.
NALCOMIS OOMA 5.2x Systems Administration experience required.
MALS/ACE Network Administration experience required.
USMC Instructor duty preferred with experience developing training materials and providing technical instruction.
Familiarization with the USMC Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Courseware Development Process.
Ability to work independently, delivering quality products and documentation on schedule.
Excellent writing/grammar skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text.
Solid understanding of DoD and Armed Forces organizational structure, ranks, and customs/courtesies.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with Team Members, Government Customers, and Stakeholders.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Four or more years of experience with NTCSS VE as an I-Level ALIMS Marine.
Four or more years of experience with NALCOMIS OOMA as an O-Level ALIMS Marine.
Experience developing training materials and providing technical instruction.
Previous experience with USMC AVLOG IT-centric deployment operations is preferred.
SECRET clearance required.
