Use your knowledge of mesh generation and CFD to help our customers be successful. Generate meshes, write scripts, prepare and deliver presentations, write documentation, test software, assist with training courses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Your job may include the following essential duties and responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in-person, via email, and by phone.
Research and resolve customer issues including installation, configuration, and usage of the software.
Reproduce and report software issues to the Product Development team.
Generate meshes and write scripts.
Test the software.
Write product documentation.
Assist with online and onsite training courses.

Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to a high level of quality.
Work 40 hours per week, being present at all required meetings.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or equivalent from an accredited university
Some experience with CFD is a plus
Customer service oriented
Experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Mac computers
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, delivering clear and concise messaging
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize
Positive attitude, willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes within an evolving environment
A current authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
You are required to be a U.S. Person due to the requirement to work with ITAR-controlled articles.
Some travel may be required for this position.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
General office environment. Noise level is moderate. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, lift, carry, hear, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. The position requires communication skills including the ability to communicate by phone and the physical mobility to interact with various departments as required in a multi-floor office environment. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus, read fine print, and look at computer monitors. Minimal risk of radiation exists from exposure to computers.
