Description of the Job
This position will support interdisciplinary research efforts relating to the analysis of complex cell samples within the Department of Forensic Science. Candidate will be responsible for creating and/or optimizing algorithms for image analysis, statistical comparisons, and integration of orthogonal datasets. Additionally, the position may involve curation and indexing of existing datasets within the laboratory both locally and in online repositories.
Demonstrated experience in one or more programming languages required.
Prior experience working with biological datasets preferred.
