Position Description:
This position is a full-stack software engineering position in the Vehicle Software Updates (VSU) Deployment space
The candidate will be working on enterprise-scale applications built with Java Spring Boot and deployed on Microsoft Azure infrastructure using PCF
You will be working on an Agile team consisting of software engineers, designers, and product managers directly contributing to one of the client's highest-visibility features: Over-the-Air updates
VSU is a very fast-paced environment with many challenging and interesting challenges to solve
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride in ensuring a high quality, high availability product that will delight customers
Skills Required:
Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, cloud computing, TDD, ability to debug and fix code as required
Skills Preferred:
Postman, Angular, Jenkins, GCP
Experience Required:
At least 3 years of software development with experience delivering and supporting software with direct customer impact.
Experience Preferred:
Experience as a lead software engineer
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Education Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Master's Degree in Computer Science or related
