COVID-19 UPDATE - Our employees are generally working from home for the foreseeable future. Since the pandemic, we have hired employees that are working remotely and all are satisfied. Though this concept is evolving, we currently expect new hires to relocate to the the area and be able to come into the office at least on an infrequent basis at some point in the intermediate future. In the longer run, we expect to formally adopt a blended model of retaining an office and allowing employees to work from home a significant part of the time provided we are satisfied with individual work rates and strong team results.
