As a Manufacturing Engineer, this position plans, designs and executes cost-effective production systems for a variety of different equipment, such as Assembly lines and electro mechanical test equipment, in order to enhance the speed and quality of processing, and ensure produced items comply with requirements, regulations and industry standards.
Develops process improvements for high efficiency and cost effectiveness
Develops and maintains process validation programs
Plans, designs and executes cost-effective production systems
Verifies and validates products from process development to successful commercialization
Designs and develops processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduces process or product variability, improves process capability
Evaluates current processes and provides recommendations for improvements
Ensures that process techniques are in alignment with the corporate goals and quality policy
Determine process capability for all developed processes.
Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues
Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field
Minimum of 2-5 years of engineering experience with production assembly lines for electro mechanical products
Excellent knowledge of process development and Digitalization
Able to analyze data and information
Good evaluation skills
Good problem solving skills
Able to design test procedures
Creative thinking for the best optimization of equipment and process
