This position will be responsible for the analysis, implementation, and support of technology related initiatives and projects that involve Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and other business departments, with an emphasis on supporting our Workday HCM platform.
Retrieves billing, accounting, financial and related data from a Microsoft SQL Server database to produce reports needed by Client Accounting Department personnel.
Proactively involved with learning and developing with programming languages used ( i.e. SQL, C#).
Assists with the development and testing of applications to meet the needs of the department.
Assists with the preparation of supporting documentation relating to current and future application designs.
Utilizes the financial accounting system to assist with completion of certain department projects.
Creates/edits/maintains MS Excel sheets.
Assists with the production of ad hoc reports as requested.
Complies with and understands Firm operations, policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn/navigate third party software
Working knowledge of Excel including formatting, formulas and functions
Exposure to databases or desktop application development.

Enrolled/Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related degree. Students must be minimally in their Junior year of study.
Prior internship(s) or experience preferred.
