Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement optimal CNC programs and tooling methods
· Develop and implement improved manufacturing processes and controls
· Establish Standard Operating Procedures
· Work with Estimating and Production departments to reduce cost and lead time
· Support Production and Quality Managers in meeting manufacturing timelines
· Produce reports for senior management as required
· Physical effort, lifting or pushing up to 50lbs is required
· US Citizenship is required per DoD requirements
· Other duties as responsibilities necessitate
Desired Skills and Experience:
· B.S. degree in Mechanical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
· Extensive experience with CNC Programming software required
· Experience with machine tools, fixture design, and a range of alloys
· Experience with ISO9001, and/or other Quality Management Systems
· Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience
· Experience with MRP systems
· Ability to work across the organization to identify and resolve issues
· Positive attitude with continuous improvement mentality
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
