Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries Fab Customer Design Enabement team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated eFuse device design engineer to be a part of a Technology Enablement team engaged in eFuse/ESD/latchup development at GlobalFoundries’ Fab 9 located in Essex Junction, Vermont. As a Senior Engineer eFuse development engineer, you will be responsible for development and qualification of eFuse links and technology qualification eFuse array designs.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
eFuse cell development across Fab 8 & 9 technologies
eFuse technology qualification array designs
eFuse wafer level link testing
eFuse wafer level array testing
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Education/Experience – Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Travel Requirements: % of Travel <5%
Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Phd in Electrical Engineering
