Large Capital Project Manager
Generally responsible for leading the administrative and technical direction of internal plant project engineers, distillation operations, Suntory Engineering experts, and all 3 party projects services for large capital distillation and fermentation projects at 3 KY plants. Project Manager must be engaged in the total delivery of services on time, within performance budget and quality expectations. Work at this level requires extensive progressive experience in project management and involves the utilization of project controls for cost, schedule and quality of projects. This work will be performed under minimal supervision and see by Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Knowledge of the Large Capital project execution using Front End Loaded Project Work Process with Stage Gate approval procedures.
Knowledge and application of engineering standards and good practices.
Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management.

A comprehensive understanding of the function of all engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational startup processes.

Experience with SAP, Bluebeam, and Procore are preferred.
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
Certification: Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred or may be required.
Experience: This position requires 10 to 15 or more years of relevant experience in engineering and project management. Within this work experience one must have led the planning and install of various types of distillation or chemical processes.
