Assist with studies and preliminary design layouts of airframe structure and system installations in support of the customer’s requirements.
Develop engineering models and drawings in accordance with the customer’s procedures and processes.
Manage and document Engineering Bill of Materials .
Assist with updates, maintenance and conversions on legacy models and drawings
You hold a minimum AS degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering, engineering project management and team leadership. Preferably in military aerospace.
Have solid skills in CATIA V4 and V5.
Have solid skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 10 hour days plus lunch / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM.
Customer works a 4 x 10 schedule, meaning every Friday off.
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
