The individual will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct required work measurement, cost reduction, process/product flow analysis, and capacity utilization studies. Develop and assist team in executing modifications based on desired results.
- Responsible for program floor layout planning and implementation.
- Support Performance Management Team (PMT) in basic performance metric analysis, productivity improvement identification, cost analyzes and solution implementation.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is preferred. The candidate will be expected to utilize the Lean Six Sigma tools to generate continuous improvements in support of multiple programs.
- Candidate must be customer-focused with good oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work effectively team and all levels of management.
- Candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated self-initiated goals and results.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
Must have the ability to obtain facility access.

Proficient in Excel.
