JOB SUMMARY: Toprovide general project engineering activities while focusing on specificStolle Machinery Co as assigned. Also, responsible for creating and maintainingthe control and delivery of technical documentation on all product lines forinternal and external use.


  • Create, maintain, control and timelydelivery of technical documentation manuals, build-books, safety bulletins,etc. for use by external customers and field service
  • Coordinatestranslation of technical documentation as needed and archiving/retrieval oftechnical documentation
  • Under directsupervision of Project Engineer, perform basic drafting needs
  • Support up to fourLevel II Project Engineer
  • Change drawingsas directed * Update documentation as directed, archive per procedure * Research, locate and retrieve information to assist in problemresolution
  • Assist instandard BOM preparation, maintenance and QC
  • Provide limitedassistance to external customers as directed

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:

  • BS Degree -with Technical Writing preferred
  • 2-4 yearsrelevant experience
  • Excellentcommand of English language
  • Proficientcomputer skills with publishing programs; details oriented
  • Ability to workwith diverse personalities
  • Ability to meetstringent timelines
  • Ability tomulti-task with strong attention to detail
  • Proficientcomputer skills with 3D CAD modeling programs, 2D detailing programs. * Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meetstringent timelines with the ability to multi-task and change priorities
  • Ability todirect staff for the duration of a project and clearly communicate workexpectations
  • Ability totravel on short notice
  • Ability toexhibit ownership, demonstrate follow through and be held accountable forproject completion and success
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) ona specific piece of equipment

This position requiresthe ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in thefollowing environment:

  • Work schedulegenerally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status,evenings, and/or weekends
  • Required to sitfor long periods of time
  • Ability to liftup to 20 lbs
