Data Analytics Intern
The Data Analytics Intern will work on a cross-functional team to create effective data visualizations, powering key decision-making and process improvements throughout the organization. This intern will participate in the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of our data and analytics environment including; Azure development (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Functions), dimensional modeling, SQL script creation, stored procedure development, integration services support, and other responsibilities as assigned.
The Data Analytics Intern reports to the Data and Analytics Manager.
Area of Responsibility
Participate in design, implementation, and support of a data warehouse and analytics platform utilizing Azure cloud technology
Assist with designing and implementing data load processes from On Premises sources into Azure Data Lake and subsequent Azure SQL & SQL Data Warehouse
Explore and learn the latest Azure technologies to provide new capabilities and increase efficiency across the organization
Engage with fellow developers and client/stakeholders to design and develop impactful, dynamic, and insightful data visualizations, dashboards, and other analytic tools

Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Working to obtain their BA or undergraduate degree in a related field
