The Retail Floor Lead supports the Store Lead (and in some stores, the Assistant Store Lead) by way of taking ownership of the stores business during times that the Store Lead is not available as well as taking on leadership responsibilities like scheduling, ordering groceries and supplies, coordinating team events, and more. No immediate leadership experience is required, just a passion for creating a best in class experience for both T&N store employees and their guests.
Assume ownership of the store and business during the Store Leads absence.
Support Store Lead through managing and owning various day-to-day tasks
Own general operations of store: cleanliness, organization, inventory, etc.
Customer Experience, preferably in a retail setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deliver on a best in class customer experience and drive performance results
