We are seeking a motivated agent of change to help the firm evolve our collaboration technologies as we learn to work in a distributed environment. We want our attorneys to have the tools they need to stay connected so they can work anywhere, anytime, and on any device.
This role would be responsible for the care, feeding, and vision for the firm’s Collaboration Technologies stack. Help us continue our journey of migrating unified communications services from on premises to the cloud. This includes Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Webex and Webex Teams, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange.
The ideal candidate would have at least 7 years of experience in collaboration technologies such as Cisco or Microsoft voice, video, and meeting technologies. They would also have experience in evaluating and deploying enterprise scale collaboration systems, both on premises and on the cloud. Experience with video conference room integrations, phone provisioning, softphone deployments, and migrations of services to cloud providers are all desired.
