Assists in maintaining the good working order of building, tenant space, hotel and member facilities
Must be experienced and operate various hand tools
Assist Sr. Engineers with work orders
Hazmat and safety procedures
Maintain lighting throughout building
Basic maintenance knowledge
Standing, lifting, walking, stooping, bending, sitting, operating machines and tools
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Mon-Fri 2:30 PM – 11 PM/Tues-Sat 2:30 PM – 11 PM

Required Education and Experience
HS diploma plus 1 year general maintenance experience
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
Must be a US Citizen or hold an approved federal work visa.
