The Business Intelligence Engineer 1 administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Business Intelligence Engineer 1 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. This is a remote role, however, you may occasionally be required to work in-office for in-person meetings, collaboration, etc. once CDC restrictions are lifted.
The Business Intelligence Engineer 1 provides support to provider accounts by loading contracts and responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern.
Revise Facility or Physician arrangements and interpretations; followed by loading them into CAS and MTV via APEX.
Develop and implement best practices to ensure accurate loading of Facility or Physician contracts.
Communicate with all system users and market office staff regarding, but not limited to; inquiries, change in contracts and system status reports.
Research, identify and correct contract loading errors to decrease claims payment issues.
Previous provider installation experience
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Must reside within a 90 minute driving distance of the office (Waterside or De Pere) to be considered (see office addresses below)

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
