About this Job
We are a small group of security minded cloud technology fanatics looking for Help Desk Engineer's to join our family and help to deliver our services within the US. Our focuses are in migrating data to Microsoft cloud platforms and providing ongoing support for our many clients.
While previous technical experience is a big plus, our ideal candidates are eager to grow in a new position by challenging themselves and learning from the tools they use on a daily basis. We are looking to see that you are passionate about technology and actively seek out knowledge on the latest trends in the industry. As well as find people who are security minded, and would be able to grow with us within the frim.
Here's what you can expect from this position:
- Provide ongoing remote and phone support to end users
- Document all aspects of delivery as it relates to the installation, configuration and maintenance of our services
- Deliver regular status updates of your tickets
- Provide occasional onsite assistance within the Miami and New York Area (depending on where you are based)
And here's what we expect from you:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High capacity for multitasking
- Superb organizational abilities
- Working technical knowledge of Network Systems and/or cloud technologies
- Technical certifications from Microsoft preferred but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
