As a full-stack web application developer on the New Technologies Development Group (NTDG), your primary responsibilities will be to maintain fundamental knowledge of the University’s web portal environment and the various enterprise-wide applications and provide regular and situational maintenance.
Portal applications at ECU span the entire university and help Faculty, Staff, and Students carry out administrative tasks. This position will work across many applications and will be assigned a variety of tasks including troubleshooting, modifying, and converting existing application software.
Other job duties include functional testing, automated testing development, mobile application configuration, end user support, documentation, and training.
This position may be eligible for Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) under the ECU FWA Policy.
Employees are required to adjust their standard work schedule to meet the requirements of their position, which includes and not limited to evening and weekend hours to perform scheduled and unscheduled workload requirements to maintain University operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
