Overview of the opportunity
Our Montreal Cyber Security Practice is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer in order to build, automate, and support development teams for the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for various clients in North America. The position requires using and implementing Agile development methodologies, and adopting an DevOps thinking, in every stage of the process.
What you will do:
Work with teams to find innovative solutions and deliver value and increased security in terms of IAM;
Improve developer’s productivity and quality through automation and productivity tools;
Integrate IAM tools and practice within the DevOps process;
Establish and maintain heterogeneous environments for a multitude of Services and Applications;
Provide improvement suggestions regarding the security, usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of existing environments;
Participate in the analysis, design, and development of new Services;
Provide accurate estimates based on business requirements;
Understand and apply Scrum rules and principles in every task;
Develop and maintain security automation tools.
What you bring to this role:
2-5 years of prior experience in relevant positions;
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
Experience with CI/CD tools : Gitlab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible; Docker… ;
Experience in software development;
Experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ, Identity Now, Savyint, etc.), Authentication protocols (SAML, oAuth…), PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, …) Directory Management ; (an asset)
Experience with Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) using native services is an asset and OpenStack;
Experience with automating and managing Infrastructure and IT Operations;
Experience with Linux based systems (Redhat, Ubuntu);
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (APIs and SDKs);
Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders;
Familiarity with Information Security frameworks/standards.
