SEeD members will have the opportunity to learn about state of-the-art methods of manufacturing/operations through structured course work and practical application. Coursework focuses on building a technical, business and leadership foundation. Members also receive extensive training opportunities to extend their technical, leadership and business knowledge. SEeD is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key business processes.
Job rotations will include: Plant Operations, Reliability/Maintenance Engineering, Project & Process Engineering and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Engineering. All assignments will have key business drivers and incorporate aspects intended to foster technical growth and leadership development. Opportunities to work in Chemical Operating, Plastics Compounding and Sheet/Film manufacturing units are available. This combined experience positions SEeD members for accelerated career growth within our organization.
