Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a full-time Vantagepoint Pursuit Administrator to support our Company in Kansas City, MO.
The DelTek Vantagepoint Pursuit Administrator is responsible for the reviewing and updating pursuit lifecycle data in Deltek Vantagepoint and helping to transform it into clean, reliable material for reporting and analysis. This individual should be skilled in all aspects of data maintenance, management, and analytics inclusive of processing, cleansing, mining, extraction, and reporting and have a keen eye for detail. The role will at times require working on multiple projects simultaneously. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the organization, strong analytical skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to participate in a team-oriented environment are keys to this position. Strong organizational skills are required to be able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Essential Job Duties
Supporting internal users on pursuit lifecycle process in Vantagepoint.
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. This includes duplicate cleansing.
Assist in the summarizing and presenting of findings of the data to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Assist with Firmwide financial reporting support.
Firmwide pursuit reporting support.
Preparation and maintenance of pursuit training materials.
Providing training assistance for new users.
Knowledge of general accounting and pursuit practices.
Working experience in Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years in project administration, preferably in an engineering or technically related field.
