We are seeking a dynamic Safety Engineer with strong leadership skills, ability to identify/mitigate risks and develop safety control programs for one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the United States.

Rôle et Responsabilités

Ability to anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices
Develop hazard control designs, methods, procedures and programs
Implement, administer and advise others on hazard control programs
Measure, audit and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control elements
Evaluation of regulatory compliance associated with safety programs/policies
Supervise contractor work activities related to safety awareness
Shift: 1st - Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
Compétences et Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in Health & Safety
Bachelor of science in engineering, chemistry, biology, industrial hygiene, safety or closely related field.
Masters of Science in a Safety and Health curriculum may be substituted for experience requirement.
CSP or CIH certification is a plus
Familiarity with hazardous materials, related regulations and NIOSH standards
Working knowledge of OHSAS 18001,ISO 14001, 50001
Familiarity with OSHA Regulatory/Reporting Guidelines
Experience dealing with federal, state and local regulatory agencies
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
