The Systems Engineer will responsible for developing application specific, end-to-end communication solutions focused on meeting each customer’s unique business requirements. Additional responsibilities may include pre and post-sales technical consultancy, writing technical proposal responses, and proving technical support to the sales and service departments across our full range of equipment and service offerings.
Design and integrate communications systems to support our customers’ business requirements.
Perform RF coverage and microwave link analysis.
Perform integration and systems testing to verify system concepts meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
Prepare technically compelling bid responses and technical support during contract negotiations.
Provide the service organization with systems integration and implementation support.
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program preferred.
Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be able to work under pressure and independently, and be able to meet project deadlines for delivering quality solutions on time.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams while designing and implementing solutions.
Ability to use common software tools such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Be prepared to travel 25% of time.
