JOB REQUIRMENTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
Receive RFP's from clients and/or sales department
Search through specifications to determine the scope of work (Manufacturers, etc)
Perform project take-off's on qualified projects we are bidding
Create a complete bill of materials from the take-off (Create a "working system" providing any missing components from the drawings if any)
Send RFQ to multiple vendors for competitive pricing on materials
Provide a labor cost using typical estimating guidelines
Work closely with sales management to prepare correct pricing for projects
Prepare sales documents for presentation to clients
Reports to sales management on a weekly basis for status reports on projects being bid
Must be able to communicate in project meetings and be fluent on multiple platforms for CCTV, Card Access, Intercom, and other low voltage scopes including but not limited to Fire Alarm Systems
Medical/Dental - After Probation
Paid Holidays - Based on Company Policy
Paid Sick Days - Based on Company Policy
Vacation - 1 Week after 1 Year and subsequent weeks based on Company Policy
