Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II for a well-known technology organization in the Remotely but located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC or Portland, OR area. The Technical Support Engineer II will be responsible for guiding customers on how to best leverage the company's products. The ideal candidate for the Technical Support Engineer II position will have excellent SQL skills.
Responsibilities for the Technical Support Engineer II include:
Work with database administrators around technical troubleshooting
Excellent technical customer support
Research, replicate, and resolve technical issues
Assist Security, System Admins, Network Admins, Storage Admins, CISOs, Exchange Admins, and business owners with technical problems
Requirements for include:
3+ years of technical support experience, specifically supporting customers
Hands-on experience with SQL, Windows Server, and Active Directory
Any experience or exposure to Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive,
PowerShell
Compensation:
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package
