The Sales Compensation Analyst will be a key partner of the Sales and Commercial Operation teams and will be responsible for driving seamless sales force integration, support, and management of key systems. If you are a self-starter, who works well both independently and as part of a larger team, and you are eager to work in an analytical and metric-driven position, this is a great opportunity for you.
Monitor and resolve field inquiries regarding sales and compensation
Support the day-to-day administration of incentive compensation system for Global Sales Force including: Maintaining employee and plan data, Plan set up, Quota, territory changes, and payout validation
Collaborate with Sales Management to develop high quality services, effective processes and operational support
Assist with the distribution of individual Compensation Plans and reporting on Attainment to Target
Manage Pipeline Assessment tool to monitor capital sales funneling process
Process and evaluate accruals, generate metrics comparing to actuals and budget
Participate on continuous improvement of commercial analytics, reporting tools, and processes that can scale with the company's growth
A minimum of 3 years in compensation or analytics roles, preferably in medical device, consumer goods and/or pharmaceutical companies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another field that uses quantitative analysis
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal, written and presentation skills)
Comfortable with ambiguity; can build processes and drive towards implementation in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Highly collaborative; can comfortably work with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders to gain alignment
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
