Look inside and be part of our Development Team:
Establish requirements and acceptance criteria for new products.
Evaluate product risk and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct tolerance stack-up analyses to identify opportunities to increase tolerances, reduce costs, and improve yields.
Determine best materials and manufacturing processes for components and assemblages.
Design medical devices and systems by taking into account technical, environmental, ethical, and commercial considerations.
Establish product test strategies for characterization, verification, and manufacturing production.

Get the opportunity to become our Mechanical Product Development Engineer and subject matter expert in:
Mechanical design of AIMDs
Laser welding, modeling, and drafting in SolidWorks
Failure mode analysis, fixture design, statistics, or DOE
You must possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with relevant internship experience. Ideally you’d have exposure to SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software. Experience with MATLAB or other data analysis and visualization software is also crucial for success in the role.
