We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team in East Windsor, CT. This individual will work alongside a team of high-energy professionals dedicated to Blake's core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and Innovation
Blake Equipment is looking to add a key sales member to our growing team in Aftermarket Sales. Aftermarket sales is responsible for providing aftermarket support and sales through existing accounts, and new accounts within the assigned territory. Key functions include managing customer relationships at key accounts in key channels such as: Boiler Plant Operators, Facilities Procurement and MRO, Central Plant Engineers, Facilities plumbing and Water Systems maintenance departments, and Facility Managers and Engineers.
Manage relationships with key accounts
Growth of new accounts within territory
Consistently meet sales/ activity targets as set
Expedite work orders
Maintain pipeline and submit reporting
Maintain a high level of activity in relevant trade groups/associations
Provide customers with quotations, including following up on quotations
BS in Mechanical Engineering/ Marine Engineering or equivalent experience or 5+ years' experience in sales/ marketing of Thermal Energy and Water Solutions to key decision makers and influencers
Proven abilities in customer service and sales skills, excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills.
This position requires frequent travel, 60% including some nights and weekends
Frequent operation of computer related equipment
Physical demands including extended periods of sitting/ standing/driving
Valid driver's license with proven safe driving record
