FEV North America, Inc is looking for a Regulations and Government Relations Engineer to join our growing team. As a Regulations and Government Relations Engineer you will work closely with multiple teams supporting vehicle and engine testing. Responsibilities include maintaining awareness of all US and international laws and regulations affecting engine and vehicle certification testing, as well as data collection, processing, and analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for writing reports and preparing technical presentations.
Experience and expertise:
BSME Minimum, Master's preferred
Ability to interpret federal regulations and communicate the findings effectively
Prior exposure to regulatory requirements preferred
Prior exposure to certification testing preferred
Basic knowledge of internal combustion engine process or battery electric vehicles
Basic vehicle system knowledge
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated focus on quality and timeliness
