In this role, you will influence product architecture and set the technical roadmap for teams within our sales enablement product family. You'll work in a highly collaborative, team-environment with with a variety of stakeholders from other architects to engineering peers. You'll also assist Technical Product Managers and Business Product Owners with strategic initiatives.

Act as technical visionary and strategist for Corteva’s Sales Enablement product family and interfacing applications by working with other Solution Architects and Lead Developers
Exhibit technical leadership by setting technical roadmap for the team and product
Ensure defined architecture and technology roadmap aligns with enterprise standards
Present point of view on technologies and knowledgably explain/defend your position
Regularly identify and evaluate new technologies of interest. Act as a trusted partner to lead system design and architecture
Act as a trusted advisor to the Technical Product Manager in translating business strategies into actionable technical roadmaps and project plans, influencing Product Architecture
Create and maintain architectural design documentation in line with Enterprise Architecture best practices and Corteva’s business objectives and product vision
Demonstrate an ability to break down product requirements into technical projects and tasks
Provide thought leadership on architecture, scalability and system design and contributes to engineering-wide or cross product systems and projects
Help product teams with large technical efforts and ensure architecture and design results in high quality solution. Strive to improve the engineering best practices of teams
Design user-focused and innovative solutions involving a mixture of custom and packaged systems
Partner with Security and Privacy team to ensure solutions are configured with best practices in mind
Identify risks or issues with technical solution and design which may impact realization of project benefits and provide guidance and support to stakeholders to mitigate potential risks to the project
Stay informed of releases and acquisitions of packaged commercial software used to help drive the Sales Enablement product roadmap
Provide insightful feedback for others on the team in a positive and constructive manner
Frequently guide Engineers and Lead Developers to better technical solutions
Consistently plan and execute complex projects, with deadlines and budget regularly met
Qualifications

The following are required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field of study, paired with at least seven years of software engineering experience and three yeras of architecture experience.
Equivalent amounts of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
Technical expertise with full-stack development, data management and cloud infrastructure.
Experience designing solutions in a cloud-first environment
Experience developing RESTful API’s with C# or comparable server-side language
Strong knowledge of RDMS such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server and no-SQL DBs such as DynamoDB or MongoDB
Experience with various authentication implementations such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Experience with container management technologies such as Docker
Knowledge of micro-services
Experience with data migrations and integrations with enterprise-level applications
Experience with the AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud stack and using its components in building scalable and reliable software
Familiar with web UI frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Vue
Familiar with mobile frameworks such as Xamarin, React Native, and Flutter
Familiar with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent teamwork, communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills
Excellent leadership and influencing skills
Proven ability to integrate with external software organizations
Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
Highly skilled at mentoring others on how to properly scope projects
