POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Staff Assistant to support the PCI EPC Project Management Department. This person will perform Office Administration/Safety Coordinator and Fleet Assistance duties as assigned. They will be an HR liaison for local new hire paperwork and onboarding and provide company, department, and local office calendar support.
This position is located in Portland, OR.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide document control by creating and/or reviewing letters, meeting minutes, specifications, reports, etc. and ensure POWER templates and formatting are followed
Give direction and ensure team is following document/records procedures via outgoing training
Coordinate submittal of project deliverables and receivables
Process vendor submittals and deliverables and manage related logs as applicable
Create and track purchase requisitions
Assist with internal travel arrangements
Provide meeting/conference and training support
Lodging
Conference Room Reservations
Calendar Set-Up
Catering
Attendance Sign-In sheets
Attend meetings and prepare notes
Hosting Lunch & Learn presentations with support of Department Manager
Perform Receptionist duties as applicable
Provide resource planning assistance
Required Skills
Intermediate computer skills – experience with ProjectWise is a plus
Able to maintain confidentiality
Proven history of progressively increased skills, responsibilities, and dependability
Attention to detail
Ability to proofread documents
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma
3-9 years applicable experience
