The General Manager, under the guidance of the Director, Turnkey is accountable for leading teams that are responsible for the overall architecture, design, development, delivery and maintenance of Turnkey Computers Systems, LLC management, accounting and mobile business systems. Partners and collaborates with Director and Software Engineer managers to identify and maximize opportunities to promote the strategic use of information technology, and enable the work force to use technologies as a competitive advantage. Leads and leverages people and business solutions to improve and maximize business process.
Work collaboratively with all business areas to assess unmet/new business needs and solutions Provide leadership to the staff by creating a high performance culture, driven by strategic objectives and goals of Turnkey Computer Systems Establish short-term and long-term metrics for departmental goals and implementation of the enterprise strategy Responsible for annual budget development and financial management for the functional areas Work closely with business/department leaders to ensure understanding of business processes, reporting requirements and analytical needs Maintain current knowledge of trends and technologies and their use to increase productivity and improve quality of Turnkey’s operations Partners with business teams to understand requirements and manage projects through all phases of the development life cycle utilizing project management methodologies & principles Manage the staff by providing direction, mentorship, developmental opportunities and performance feedback Promote a positive team environment within the Turnkey Computer Systems group Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or area of functional responsibility preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience Ten (10) years business/industry work experience, with at least five years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-function teams and projects Experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, change management and maintenance of large-scale, integrated systems Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate, work with and influence senior level management and key stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a collaborative, cross-functional, international team environment Experience leading as a team player that plans and executes to meet deadlines, while promoting a positive work environment Ability to interact with and influence cross-functionally at all levels of the organization Knowledge of current IT concepts and trends Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply business policies, practices, and systems with the unique capability to bridge the gap between business and IT

Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with the development and maintenance of multi-tiered applications through all phases of software development life cycle Experience with corporate governance and developing business cases and return on investment analyses Comprehension of source code management systems
