About the Company
Our client is a software company that was founded to solve the "black box" problem of perception and prediction in autonomous driving. The team consists of AV industry veterans coming from OEMs, world-class research institutions, and autonomous driving companies.
The Role
The team is looking for a lidar engineer to join the team! We are currently seeking a robotics engineer to join our growing team. This position requires an experienced professional with strong programming skills and solid knowledge of state-of-the-art algorithms.
Qualifications:
Master's/Phd Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Deep knowledge about various state estimation techniques, including but not limited to: Kalman Filter and its variations, particle filter, SLAM, dead-reckoning, odometry.
Strong analytical skills in linear algebra, geometry and probability
Strong C++ software development skills.
Experience developing software under strong realtime performance requirements.
Strong team player, comfortable working in a vibrant, diverse and interdisciplinary team.
