Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will work with Microsoft stack development projects using the latest tools. You will be focusing on developing product customizations. The results of your development efforts will have a direct impact on the efficiencies of some of the top companies around the world.

More specifically, your duties may include:
Providing developer services including programming, consulting, design and architecture input
Develop, enhance and maintain our web based application management interfaces
Extending Riva to support new CRM and email platforms based on our Riva for Developers SDK
Building and extending the Riva core platform to improve performance and add functionality and features
Developing and maintaining our Riva Insight product, both on the ASP.NET server side, as well as on various client side components, including the Outlook desktop plugin, the Mail App for Office 365, and the Lotus Notes client
Supporting our Client Engagement team as they work with customers to carry out development project needs analysis, discovery and customization requirements
Working with the support and Q/A teams to identify, replicate, confirm and communicate bugs and implement recommendations of bug fixes related to Riva Insight or Riva On-Premise development for remediation
Writing, editing, preparing technical documents related to the projects you work on and working with the Technical Documentation to get these published to our Knowledge Base and related sites in appropriate formats
Developing, improving or migrating internal Riva and Omni applications and processes used by management and developers
Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer related field.
1 - 3 years’ experience in Object Oriented languages (C#) and .NET Framework;
Ability to aggressively test code and fix problems and bugs – the first time through;
Experience with continuous integration;
Experience with Cloud Solution Providers (AWS, Azure);
Experience with software developing and testing using Agile development environment: Test Driven, Acceptance Test Driven and Unit Test;
Must be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.

Bonus Points For:
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Certification;
Experience creating email plug-ins for Gmail, Outlook, Mac, OWA, IBM, Notes, Citrix, iPad, iPhone, Android;
Previous experience following software development processes using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
